Ear Pinning

Protruding ears are often considered unattractive. The malposition of the ears can have negative psychological repercussions on a person that can lead to great mental stress.

By means of a surgical repositioning of the ears, protruding ears can be reformed and corrected to match the harmony of the whole facial appearance.

Ear surgery requires special surgical techniques. The technique is gentle and leads to a natural result. The scars of the otoplasty are nothing but fine lines which are hidden behind the ear and are hardly visible.

Ear pinning is carried out on an out-patient basis under local anaesthesia or, if desired, with sedation. In addition to repositioning the ears, the ear lobes can also be quickly reduced or corrected if they have been torn by heavy earrings.
